Every SherWeb Web hosting and hosted Exchange package includes a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of activation. You may do so through SherWeb's Account Manager. Please refer to the FAQ How to terminate a service for detailed steps.
Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to POP accounts, Real Audio/Video and SQL. Also not included are Domain Parking services, Dedicated Servers and Domain Registration, as well as reseller programs. Any installation fees, such as but not limited to BlackBerry, SharePoint, Archiving and other services are not refundable. No refunds are available after 30 days. Our refund policy does not apply to customers who had previously received a refund for the same service. Cancellations requested by phone or email are not accepted.
Accounts canceled/terminated by SherWeb for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is canceled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments. Additional processing fees apply for T/T refunds.
