SherWeb’s New Partner Portal Is Named Cumulus

After months of development, SherWeb is ecstatic about the official launch of its new Partner Portal to the channel community. The new Cumulus Partner Portal is a centralized, state-of-the-art tool that will greatly improve partners’ efficiency and productivity in provisioning their customers or managing their SherWeb Partner account.

With this new partner platform, SherWeb can boast about having one of the most powerful portals of the industry as it reaffirms its channel-centric position.

The ideas behind this new portal came from the channel itself. SherWeb consulted not only its own partners, but the industries MSPs, VARs and LARs to zero in on partners needs and requirements for the sake of building the most efficient platform.

The result is a portal that caters to all types of partners, easing out the day-to-day management of MSPs providing Cloud services such as SherWeb’s hosted Exchange 2010 and 2013, SharePoint or SkyNox online backup.

A dedicated development team

To build this new portal, SherWeb turned to a team of in-house developers that devoted countless hours to developing this new product. The team worked full-time on this project for months, analyzing, developing and testing the platform’s ins-and-outs to ensure that the final result would be nothing short of excellent.

SherWeb’s commitment to innovation was highlighted by the release of Cumulus, but it doesn’t mean it ends today. SherWeb’s Cumulus development team will continue to work on the platform full-time to offer Partners new features and options in the upcoming months.

Working with the Agile methodology, the team will be pushing new updates regularly to polish the Portal’s capabilities and ensure that partners always benefit from the latest and most innovative features to perform and grow their business.

SherWeb Partners’ haven!

Cumulus Dashboard

SherWeb Partners can focus on growing their business; their Portal is an easy to manage environment with which they can add or delete mailboxes in just a few clicks. They can activate customers’ SharePoint sites or online backup solution in a matter of minutes or deploy demos and trials at any time.

It’s also a Business Intelligence tool complete with dashboards and statistics. Partners can visualize bundles, costs and profits through a single view and keep track of all invoices and bills in a centralized platform.

Cumulus is sure to greatly improve productivity, thanks to its heap of features and its intuitive interface that facilitates navigation through the different panels. The User Roles and Permissions feature lets partners control what their employees see and what they can do in the Portal, making it easy for everyone to do their job, whether they are a billing specialist or a technical guy.
