Software Developer

Software Developer

As a Software Developer, your main task is to participate in the elaboration, the support and the testing of advanced Web applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in product functionality definition;
  • Implement functions in C#;
  • Develop unit tests;
  • Edit existing functionalities;
  • Contribute to the improvement of the R&D department.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Good communication skills both in French and English;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environments;
  • Knowledge of .Net3.5 and C#
  • Basic knowledge of LINQ;
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET / WebServices, and ADO.NET:
  • Good database knowledge;
  • Knowledge of JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (skills in web page design)

Requirements:

  • University/college degree in a related area;
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a software developer, including 2 years as a C# developer on a .NET platform or any other high-level language.

Is an asset:

  • Knowledge of MVC;
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint.

Technical Support Representative

Technical Support Representative

The Service Advisor Customer is responsible for responding to inquiries from customers and solving problems on our first level hosting services. This technical assistance by phone or email.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking customer calls the Exchange service and billing department;
  • Sorting of calls (immediate or delayed);
  • Creation of "tickets" for the Exchange service and billing;
  • Sending or information provided to assist the client immediately (if possible);
  • Customer retention in case of attempt to close the account;
  • Telephone Surveys and courtesy calls.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication both orally and in writing, in English and in French;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Ability to work well in teams.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Experience with customer service.

This is a permanent full-time (40 hrs / wk.) Offered in Sherbrooke.

Technical Support Representative, level 2

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide Level 2 support and technical assistance for our hosting services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance via phone, email, and/or remote access tools for customers of our hosted services.
  • Research, troubleshoot and help in the resolution of reported client issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Excellent oral and communication skills both in English and French;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office;
  • Ability to work under pressure;

System Administrator - Projects

System Administrator - Projects

Member of the sysadmin team and under the authority of the director of operations, the system administrator -project is primarily responsible for setting up new services, including project research, software and physical technologies. Besides planning and carrying out projects, the sysadmin will have the responsibility of obtaining submissions from sales people. In collaboration with the rest of the team, he will also be in charge of several projects meant to improve infrastructure.

From time to time, the system administrator will also participate in advanced support and troubleshooting of issues escalated by the level 3 technicians.

Requirements

  • College degree in computer science or a combination of similar training and experience
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Microsoft systems administration
  • Experience in project managing

Is an asset:

  • Microsoft Hyper-V / SCVMM
  • Linux system (CentOS / RHEL)
  • Network training (CCNA)
  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010
  • Experience in network infrastructure, including SAN and Active Directory

This is a permanent, full-time job (40h/week) in Sherbrooke.
