Some Important Featues of SherWeb's Control Panel

Detailed Account Informations

Once logged in, you will see a brief but precise overview of your account information including the amount of Exchange, POP/Forward and Blackberry users that you have created, the allocated amount of disk space you have used and the status of your public folder.

You will be able to easily identify who in your organization is subscribed to the BlackBerry synchronization service.

Publics Folders Manager

The Public Folder Manager allows you to send emails into folders or subfolders. You can also manage aliases (add/remove) for each subfolder.

User's Mailbox size

The Exchange Control Panel allows you to see how much space each user uses out of their total mailbox size.

Manage Your Accepted Domains

Through the Control Panel, you can add an unlimited amount of Domain aliases. A Domain alias is an additional domain name that you can add and configure on top of your main Exchange domain. You have the ability to add and manage these domain aliases (secondary domains) and allocate it to any new user you decide to create.

Usage Statistics

The Usage Statistics Feature gives you a broad overview of all your users’ information. In just a few seconds, you will quickly be able to view and evaluate how many resources each of your Exchange users are taking.

Account Manager

The Account Manager feature gives you the flexibility to add or remove any item directly from your control panel. This tool will help you manage your account and let you see in real time the costs that you will incur.

Easily Share any mailbox

The Permissions feature allows administrators to decide the permissions they have on mailboxes.
Permission: Authorization to perform specific actions such as adding, deleting, opening items, and modify.
Full access: Opening a mailbox as if it was your own mailbox, you are granted all permissions.
Send-as: Send a email from a nother user's account. You’re able to choose the “from field” of your email.
