Here\u2019s a quick look at Dynamics 365 pricing today and in the future.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>License types<\/h2>\n<p>Before we go over the different plans for buying Dynamics 365, let\u2019s discuss the license types available:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Full Users<\/strong>: People whose work requires many of the essential features in Dynamics 365. These are people that usually perform most of their tasks on the system like sales people, customer service representatives, finance employees\u2026<\/li>\n<li><b>Team Members:\u00a0<\/b>These are people who need access to Dynamics 365 for reporting purposes, timesheet entries and similar &#8220;light&#8221; tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Dynamics 365 plans &amp; pricing<\/h2>\n<p>Microsoft sells Dynamics 365 in 4 different plans<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dynamics 365 Plan<\/li>\n<li>Customer Engagement Plan<\/li>\n<li>Unified Operations Plan<\/li>\n<li>Separate Applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So what can you expect from these 4 plans? Let&#8217;s take a look.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16157\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sherweb.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMage-2435.png\" alt=\"Dynamics 365 Pricing\" width=\"697\" height=\"305\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Customer Engagement Plan<\/h3>\n<p>This plan includes apps that are useful for\u00a0<strong>Customer Relationship Management (CRM)<\/strong>, such as\u00a0<strong>Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation, Field Service.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new Dynamics 365 for Marketing app is also included but has some limitations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the Customer Engagement plan purchased has 10 or more users the Marketing app is included with no additional charges for 2,000 contacts<\/li>\n<li>If the Customer Engagement plan purchased has fewer than 10 users the Marketing app costs an additional $750 per month for 10,000 contacts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You also get access to <strong>Microsoft social engagement<\/strong> and <strong>Microsoft PowerApps<\/strong> with this plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Full Member<\/strong>: $115 per user\/month<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team Member<\/strong>: $8 per user\/month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Unified Operations Plan<\/h3>\n<p>This is simply the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sherweb.com\/microsoft-dynamics-365\/operations\/\"><strong>Dynamics 365 Operations application<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0The Operations app includes apps such as <strong>Finance and Operations,<\/strong> <strong>Retail <\/strong>and <strong>Talent<\/strong>. Additionally, you get access to <strong>Microsoft PowerApps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Full Member<\/strong>: $190 per user\/month<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team Members<\/strong>: $8 per user\/month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Under this plan, you can also buy two additional users, Operations Device and Operations Activity.<\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Operations for Devices:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0Does your company use mobile devices in its daily operations? Do you have several employees using the same device? You can now license devices, such as an inventory control device in a retail store, a call center computer or a warehouse scanner, to make Dynamics 365 available to all employees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">This plan costs $75 per user\/month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Operations Activity:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0This app gives users access to improve invoices and create or edit items for warehousing, receiving, shipping, production, sales and all budgets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">This plan costs $50 per user\/month<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Dynamics 365 Plan<\/h3>\n<p>Users get access to all apps in the Customer Engagement Plan plus Dynamics 365 for Operations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Individual application pricing<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019ve talked about a lot of apps here! A 360-degree view of each customer, including a full history of customer interactions and preferences.<\/p>\n<p>Price: 95$ per user\/month<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Dynamics 365 Field Service:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This app will make your field team more efficient. You can manage service agreements, choose the right technician for each job and oversee your inventory ll from one application.<\/p>\n<p>Price: 95$ per user\/month<\/p>\n<h4>Dynamics 365 Marketing:<\/h4>\n<p>This app will help you automate the marketing processes in your company to make smarter decisions and generate new leads across multiple channels.<\/p>\n<p>$1500\/month for 10,000 contacts<\/p>\n<p>If it&#8217;s purchased with another app from Customer Engagement, it costs 750$ per months for 10,000 contacts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Do you struggle to deliver your projects on time and on budget? This app makes it easier. You can build plans with specially designed templates that can be used again and adjusted for each project. Choose staff according to their specific skills and past experiences.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Dynamics 365 Operations for Retail:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This app gives your salespeople all the information they need about the products they sell. Sales staff will be able to answer customers\u2019 questions about order and shipping status without having to contact another department. Customers can even use a mobile shopping application to look for the product themselves, either in another store or on social media.<\/p>\n<p>The cost for the Retail Plan is $170\/user\/month.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Dynamics 365 Operations for Talent:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>You\u2019ll be able to find the right people and streamline the entire hiring and onboarding process with Talent. This app is fully integrated with LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<p>The cost for this app is $40\/user\/month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As we mentioned, you can purchase any application <strong>separately<\/strong> for $95\/user\/month, except for Retail, Talent, Devices and Operations Activity.<\/p>\n<p>So, there you have it.
