SherWeb Rolls Out Second New Billing Integration with Autotask

For the second time in 3 months, SherWeb has responded to market demand by integrating another automated billing platform with its partner portal.
The cloud services provider said the new Autotask integration will give its resellers powerful tools to bill their customers more accurately.
Gives Resellers Control
Eric Lacroix, Product Director at SherWeb, said the company’s Managed Services Providers (MSPs) have been asking for new ways to automate their billing and quoting processes.
“Our resellers are busy people and when we saw an opportunity to help them take control of their billing, we jumped on it. By automating these tasks, this integration will give our partners more time to focus on what matters most – growing their business.”
The Autotask integration also includes tools that will support recurring billing for Office 365, plus intuitive proration. It also supports billing for Azure and Online Backup. The goal is to reduce the amount of time partners spend on manual tasks.

Synchronization: Subscription billing information will be automatically synchronized. Real-time Alerts: Users will be notified about synchronization errors and mapping issues as they occur. Up-to-date Pricing: Resellers will be able to bill clients accurately with the most up-to-date product information.
