MONTRÉAL, January 25, 2023 – Sherweb, an award-winning cloud marketplace leader, today announced changes to its executive team, designed to enhance the overall partner experience for managed service providers (MSPs) and accelerate the development of partner services.
Joining Sherweb as the new Vice President, Product is Benji Germain. Mr. Germain will oversee a growing marketplace and services offering with the aim of strengthening Sherweb’s partner services through portfolio expansion and new managed solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecom sectors, he began his career at Nortel and most recently worked as a national director at Bell Canada.
Additionally, Marc-André Fontaine is taking on new responsibilities as the Vice President, Marketing and Client Experience. This shift ensures increased cross-functional alignment and will streamline the experience for MSPs throughout their entire customer journey with Sherweb.
