Maximum of 8 simultaneous calls per user. Teams certified devices only. Includes 5,000 North American outbound minutes per user.

Managed Teams Voice Advanced 

Includes all Starter features plus auto-attendant and call queues. Supports unlimited simultaneous calls. Works with Teams certified devices and SIP devices. Includes call parking, unlimited North American outbound minutes, Email2Fax and Fax2Email, and automatic call recording. SMS to email available at additional cost.
