Sherweb launches CyberMSP Community: A new space open to all MSPs dedicated to strengthening cybersecurity

MONTRÉAL, QC – January 12, 2026 – Sherweb, an award-winning cloud marketplace leader, announced today the launch of the CyberMSP Community, a free online space designed to help all managed service providers (MSPs) — regardless of who they partner with — connect with peers to share cybersecurity knowledge, solve high-stakes challenges and stay ahead of evolving threats.

The CyberMSP Community addresses a key gap in the MSP landscape: the lack of a trusted, accessible space for cybersecurity education and collaboration. Unlike traditional forums that can be fragmented, pay to play or dominated by sales pitches, the CyberMSP Community offers a vendor-neutral environment dedicated entirely to collaboration and growth.

Beyond just technical advice, the CyberMSP Community emphasizes the human side of the industry. It’s focused on practical collaboration, learning and community. Members get a welcoming place to trade playbooks, swap war stories and build the kind of professional relationships that make security work more rewarding.

“MSPs are on the front lines of cybersecurity, but they don’t always have the resources or community support they need to stay ahead,” said Roddy Bergeron, Cybersecurity Technical Fellow at Sherweb. “We built the CyberMSP Community to give them a place to learn, collaborate and actually have fun doing it. It’s free from vendor noise and focused on what actually matters: helping them become trusted security advisors to their clients.”

The community will host regular member-exclusive events led by Bergeron and other industry experts. Upcoming topics include:

• Community Office Hours (January 14): A welcome session and open Q&A hosted by Roddy Bergeron to kick off the community.
• Identity, AI and Zero Trust (January 23): A technical deep dive into the impact of AI on identity security, hosted by Joe Walgenbach of Keeper Security.
• Empowering the People Around You (February 6): A session focused on the human side of security culture, hosted by Ashley Cooper of CyberDrain.

Open to all MSPs, the community is hosted on a private Microsoft Teams platform and emphasizes peer-to-peer learning and collaboration. By launching this initiative, Sherweb reinforces its position as a partner invested in the long-term success and growth of the MSP channel.
