Alain joined Sherweb in 2021 as its Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for defining the company’s organizational strategy, optimizing operations, and driving transformation strategies. With a rich background in senior management roles for major Canadian industry players including Bell and CGI, Alain brings a solid vision to fulfilling our customer promise. Alain is recognized for his passion, versatility, and ability to identify and resolve complex commercial, operational, and organizational challenges, and he holds an MBA in Management from HEC Montréal.

Marc-André has long been at the core of Sherweb’s success, initially as VP of Product Development, and now as VP of Marketing. His outstanding leadership skills and considerable knowledge of Sherweb’s product line make him the perfect person to drive the company’s continued growth and success and strengthen its position as a world leader in cloud services. Prior to joining Sherweb, Marc-André was vice president and co-founder of an international software design firm specializing in commercial real estate. He holds a bachelor degree in computer engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke.

Jason leads business, product and channel strategy across Sherweb's hardware and software distribution, IT service management and automation, and HR technology businesses. He is responsible for driving growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding Sherweb's portfolio to meet the evolving needs of partners and customers across multiple markets. Working closely with vendors, partners and customers, Jason focuses on identifying new market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and bringing innovative solutions to market. Drawing on extensive experience in product management, marketing and channel leadership, he has successfully launched and scaled products and services that help organizations improve productivity, collaboration and operational efficiency.

Eric’s extensive knowledge in Information Systems and Technology makes him the ideal person to lead Sherweb’s growing team of software developers. He brings more than 25 years of experience to the job with a solid background that includes Software Development, Business Analysis, Project and Program Management and Enterprise Architecture. Before assuming his new role, Eric was Sherweb’s Director of IT Operations, Projects and Cloud Support. Eric has also served as a conference speaker on Business Continuity, Lean IT and Agile.

Alexandra has a vast experience in human resources and executive management. Her energy and drive have led her to seek out new challenges in various industries such as manufacturing, engineering and professional services. During her 20+ years in the field, Alexandra has played a key role as the Corporate Head of Human Resources for EXP, an engineering and architectural firm with up to 100 locations in North America. She has acted as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Domtar, a global organization with 10,000 employees in more than 50 countries. Aside from HR management, Alexandra has also been involved in corporate reorganizations and has led several company mergers and acquisitions. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from Université Laval. She also completed her academic background with studies in Business Administration and Operations Management. She joined Sherweb in February 2018.

Samuel joined Sherweb in 2017 with almost 20 years of experience in IT, 10 of which are in customer service management. Samuel is an efficient, versatile and results-oriented individual. He has a vast knowledge and expertise in working across a range of disciplines; from very advanced technological skills, to those required to be successful in human resources, restructuring, planning, finance and international sales. All of which make him a key player on Sherweb’s executive team. Before coming to Sherweb, Samuel held various senior management positions within organizations such as Media5 and AddÉnergie. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Specialization in Computer Software Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke.

Since joining Sherweb in 2012, Sébastien has played a key role in overseeing the company’s Finance Department, specifically in a period of exceptional growth. His solid experience in accounting, tax, auditing, finance and strategy has enabled Sébastien to progress from Director of Finance at Sherweb to his current position as Vice President of Finance. Before joining Sherweb, Sébastien was Director at Deloitte. He excels at solving complex accounting problems and providing a quality service to Sherweb’s clients. Sébastien is a member of the Quebec Order of Certified Public Accountants. He has a Master’s degree in Administration and Accounting from the Université de Sherbrooke.

Jim is a committed and passionate B2B sales leader with a proven track record in telecommunications, managed services and SaaS. Combining vision and leadership with business acumen, he has built successful sales teams in a rapidly changing environment to exceed customers’ expectations across different industry verticals. Jim is a graduate of the University of Ottawa.

Benji joined Sherweb in 2023 as the Vice President, Product. He oversees Sherweb’s growing marketplace and services offering. A results-focused leader with more than twenty years of experience in the IT and telecom sectors, Benji is poised to strengthen our partner services through portfolio expansion and new managed solutions. Prior to joining Sherweb, he was a national director at Bell Canada. He is recognized for his great leadership and teamwork alongside his ability to adapt, transform and mobilize. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke as well as a master’s degree in technology management from Polytechnique Montréal.

Based out of Nova Scotia, Laura is the Vice President of Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) at Sherweb. With 25 years experience in technology roles, she is a senior risk and compliance leader in developing strategy and identifying opportunities to integrate advanced solutions effectively. She’s worked in IT companies such as BlackBerry, and both US and Canadian start-ups. Laura holds an LLM in business law specializing in privacy and regulatory compliance, and her certifications include CRCMP, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt and Agile expert.

Rob is a recognised leader in the Irish technology and cloud channel. With extensive experience across cloud services, Microsoft technologies and IT distribution, Rob is passionate about helping partners navigate the evolving technology landscape and build successful cloud businesses. Known for his strong partner focus and practical approach, Rob has played a key role in driving MicroWarehouse’s growth (now Sherweb) and its continued success within the Microsoft ecosystem. In 2026, he was recognised as a CRN EMEA Channel Leader, highlighting his contribution to the technology channel and partner community.

Finian is a highly experienced technology leader with over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry and a passion for using technology to drive business success. Combining strong technical expertise with commercial and business acumen, Finian has worked with multinationals, national organisations and SMEs across a wide range of industries. Throughout his career, Finian has built trusted relationships with organisations at all levels, including board and C-suite executives, delivering technology strategies, transformation programmes and key business solutions. With extensive project management experience, he is focused on delivering practical, high-quality solutions that create meaningful business outcomes.

William has more than 30 years of experience in the IT channel, having held a wide range of leadership, sales, and operational roles with MicroWarehouse, now Sherweb's European headquarters. A graduate of the University of Limerick, he has built extensive expertise in sales, operations, partner enablement, and service delivery. Passionate about helping partners grow and succeed, William is committed to delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and driving operational excellence.
