(“Sherweb” or
“we“) processes the
Personal Data collected when you use its Website.

Personal Data collected
Account Creation
When you create an Account to procure Services through our Website, we can collect, your name,
address, and
phone number, among other information. For more information regarding the collection of Personal Data

Website visitor
When you use our Website, we can collect the Personal Data that you voluntarily provide, such
as when you
contact us via the contact form, request a demo or a free trial, download content, or subscribe to our
newsletter. This Personal Data may include your professional email address, first and last name, phone
number, and any other Personal Data you provide.
Additionally, we may automatically collect Personal Data using cookies and other associated
technologies.

Why we use your Personal Data
We use your Personal Data for the following purposes, or otherwise with your consent or as
required by
applicable law:
- To communicate with you: We can contact you by email or phone to respond
to your
requests, such as
scheduling a demo or answering a submitted question. We can also send you emails regarding our Services,
news, surveys or events when you subscribe to our newsletter or have otherwise agreed to receive such
communications.
- To enhance your experience on our Website: We can use your Personal Data
to improve
your experience on
our
Website by analyzing how you navigate it or to provide you with interest-based advertising.
- To comply with applicable laws or orders.
- To investigate and prevent any fraudulent, illegal, or contractually non-compliant

The Personal Data collected from a Customer during the registration process is used to manage
the
customer’s account. Unless otherwise stated or under special circumstances, this Personal Data is not shared
with third parties. However, in cases where Sherweb and a Partner (as defined in the Partner Master Service
Agreement) are jointly promoting Services, Sherweb can provide the Partner with certain Personal Data, such
as the names, addresses, and usernames of individuals who subscribe to the Services, solely to allow Sherweb
and the Partner to evaluate the promotion results. In such cases, the Partner will not use the Personal Data
for any other purpose. Sherweb can also generate, aggregate and anonymize profiles from the Personal Data
provided by Customers during registration (for instance, the total number of clients, excluding their
names). As detailed below, we can use this aggregated and anonymous data to sell advertisements displayed on
our Website or on other sites.
With whom we share your Personal Data
We can share your Personal Data with your consent, where authorized or required by applicable
law, or as
follows:
- Service Providers: We can engage service providers to facilitate our
operations or
perform services on
our
behalf. For example, we can use service providers to assist with our promotions, send our newsletters,
present webinars, or for other reasons. In such cases, we only share the Personal Data necessary to
perform
the services. A service provider will only use your Personal Data for the purposes determined by Sherweb
in
accordance with applicable laws. We also ensure that each service provider is subject to confidentiality
obligations and is prohibited from disclosing, sharing your Personal Data with third parties or using it

- Affiliates and corporate transactions: We share your Personal Data with
our Affiliates
to the extent
necessary to provide the Services or respond to your requests made through our Website. Our Affiliates are
subject to the same confidentiality obligations as Sherweb. We can also share your Personal Data with a
third party in the context of a business sale, merger, or corporate reorganization. Your Personal Data
will
remain protected during such a process.

prevent, detect, or investigate offences or criminal activities.

not possible (as may be the case if it has been stored in backup archives), we securely store your Personal
